| RULES: The
search is open to female only residents of British
Columbia, Canada, Allberta, Canada, Washington, USA and
Oregon, USA. Search entrants must be a minimum
of 15 years of age as of January 1, 2010 and a maximum age
of 21 as of January 1, 2010. Identification must be produced on request. The
photography session, makeup artistry and designer wear is
not redeemable in cash under any circumstances and must be
accepted as awarded. Selected entrants
to receive the photography session must be able to attend
the photographysession in the city so designated by MMI
without exception. The photography session shall be
in a city in one of the four areas where entrants are
residing and such city shall be designated solely by
MMI. Selected entrant shall be responsible for all
travel and associated costs to attend the photography
session in the city designated by MMI. The cover photo for
the emagazine "fashionberry" shall be the
selection choice of both MMI and "fashionberry"
without exception. All images from the photography
session are allowed to be used by MMI and
"fashionberry" for advertising purposes if so
decided by MMI and/or "fashionberry". The
selected entrant shall be allowed to use all photos for
her own model portfolio use, however images shall not be
allowed for any other use unless written permission given
by MMI. Voting by the public is used solely for the
use of MMI in the selection process of the entrant
selected from the eight finalists. MMI reservers the
right to select the finalist to receive the photography
session and "fashionberry" cover without
exception regardless of voting results. Decisions of
MMI are final. There are no substitutions for the
photography session or for the "fashionberry"
cover. If in the event "fashionbery" is
not able to provide the cover with images supplied to
"fashionberry" for any reason, then the selected
entrant shall receive a print of the image selected for
the "fashionberry" cover. Entrant understands
the rules and awards may be substituted at anytime and
search withdrawn at the
discretion of MMI. In
accepting the photography session and/or
the "fashionberry" cover the selected
entrant acknowledges that MMI and/or "fashionberry" and/ or
affiliates may not be held liable for
any loss, damages or injury associated
with the search. |
